My father had a 5 million dollar life insurance policy, and Farmers is refusing to pay it out to his listed beneficiaries (listed on the legal Farmers contract)after he passed away. After a year of getting zero help from the Colorado Springs agent(who sold us the policy), we are now working with our attorneys to file a bad faith claim against Farmers to recoup the 5 million and an additional 10 million. Hands on agent and office. Wowed when was given a person cell to contact day or night. This never happens, we had to call outside of business hours, not only did Bob answer, but he’d have us all the information and direction we needed. Hands down the best agent we have ever had.
