Wow. Horrible customer service! Confrontation, condescending and totally rude. "Good luck with that" per Robert Swor. My Mother entered Long Term Assisted Care and, as her daughter, I was figuring out her accounts. He told me that since she had moved and the home was vacant, that they could not cover it under the same policy. Their quote was 3x what I was able to purchase from another company. We real estate investors and have used several of insurance brokers, so thought we knew what good service looked like — until we swapped to Rob Swor's office. We are impressed. His understanding of insurance, attention to detail, accountability and the ability to puzzle together coverage for the best rate is unmatched. We are paying less for better customer service. Who can say "No" to that?

We've been with Rob for a couple of years now and I have to say that he and his staff have been the best insurance company We've been with! Highly recommended!
