Run and hide from this incompetent agent- he must have cheated on his license exam. 2 Times I have found myself without requested coverage from his agency. After my claim was denied- he simply apologized accepted responsibility and expected me to suffer the loss. Only after I contacted the underwriter for his omissions and errors policy did he attempt to resolve my claim.
