I like to receive all the information I possibly can from an insurance agent before I commit and she took that time with me to inform me about everything. The deal she gave me on my current insurance now that I'm with them is awesome, I came from Progressive and the rates continue to go up and I'm a great driver, lol. I basically lucked up on a great agent. I will be sending my mother her way.
