Nate was urgent with getting me my business insurance policy. He is a consummate professional.
I just switched my Business insurance over to Nate, because the old company was overcharging me and always had an excuse why things were not covered. I got an additional 1 million dollar umbrella policy and my savings this year will be $10,000 Nate is great to work with and follows up on everything in a timely manner.
Had my homeowners with them for 7 years. I only had to contact them 2-3 times in all those years and could never get anyone to answer my email or calls. I asked for a policy review this year because I found a quote for better coverages at less than half the price with another company and though they said they would, they never bothered calling me back. Poor service and they clearly dont value their clients' business or time.
Nate has been my agent for many years, and he is no doubt a professional at what he does. His service to my family has been spot on, I highly recommend him and his wonderful staff.
