After a recent theft of our vehicle the claims team at the Natalie Lyon agency, and the regional claims team, worked quickly to handle our claim. They were all great during this stressful time and our claim was settled within two weeks. I then used Farmers True Car and located our new used vehicle. Great site, found what we wanted with low mileage and verified in good shape.
Natalie was quick to respond to my initial message. She was professional, friendly, and walked me through some of the more confusing aspects of insurance. She helped me get a great (and affordable) policy that I feel protected with. I was given several options with tons of customization opportunity. I love knowing that I have access to a real human if I even need to use my insurance (which of course I hope I never need to do!).
