Not good customer service at all, I will say Kennendy was excellent. Steven does not return phone calls and said Oh I see where you called yesterday the next day so why did you not return my call. I made it clear take the automatic withdrawal out of bank. He put automatic withdrawal from my account WITHOUT my permission. Never ever returns a call to you. I withdrew my car insurance and went with Geico. I am now searching to remove homeowners as soon as I can. By the way good luck when you call during hours it rings and rings... read more
