This is THE worst Farmers agency in DFW. Zero customer service. The agent only called me once, when I was leaving, to play attorney and lecture me on something he knew nothing about. I repeatedly asked to speak with the man when I did have a policy with his agency to get guidance about our coverage. Come to find out they sold us coverage at a premium rate and never gave us an option for alternative coverage. There are a million other agents in the DFW area. Changing my review to 3*. This review is on Mike Crise and his team. Farmers has become very expensive. We pay over $2600 for 2 non-luxury cars. I called today to see if they can make it cheaper. Pam wanted 3 business days to look around and see if she can make it cheaper. The issue is, this is exactly what she has told me when I called last year.
