We recently switched home and auto insurance to Farmers. Our friends referred us to Matt. He was responsive and thorough, even making recommendations on a policy we weren’t switching. He continues to respond to emails promptly. The whole reason for using an insurance agent is to have a human to turn to who takes responsibility, something an 800 number can’t do. So far, so good with Matt!

I would not recommend this insurance agency. Communication was poor throughout the process, and unfortunately, we later discovered that our policy did not provide several critical coverages we believed were included. After reviewing our policy, we found that important protections had been omitted, including adequate dwelling and interior structure coverage, rebuilding costs, and additional living expenses for temporary housing, meals, and related costs in the event our home became uninhabitable due to a fire or other covered... read more
