Recently having to adjust my homeowners policy to landlord policy. As I say and listened to the staff member explain the new policy and deductibles, in agreement. Unfortunately due to the recent storm I had to file a claim. When I was told that my deductible had increased by $1500, I contacted the office. This is NOT what I was told nor was it discussed.
