DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I called for a quote. During our conversation it became apparent by his questioning that he wasn't going through the normal process of providing a quote. When I questioned his tactics he hung up on me mid sentence. My point, if you're unable to provide me a lower rate, that's fine but don't disrespect me in the process! BTW, his conduct garnered "NO STARS" but I was unable to post my comment without at least one.
