He folded up his agency i left the area. No notice at all. Bad business.
If you NEVER want to know what is going on with your policy or have questions answered or keep being charged for a policy that was supposed to be cancelled months ago...this place is perfect for you. After Months of not getting any calls returned and issues with the policies fixed, the company I work for decided to cancel all policies with Troup.
Marcus Troup has his name and face pasted on buses in Springfield but provides no customer service at all. I am in the insurance business myself and recognize that service should be our #1 priority. Marcus does not return calls. Marcus' staff does not return calls. They do not respond to emails either. I tried to change my address multiple times and it was never completed. I tried to cancel a policy by phone three times and got no return call. Same for emailing my request. I do not know how this guy gets ANY stars on Google ... read more
My husband and I have been attempting to contact Marcus Troup for over a week to cancel our policy (on a vehicle we no longer own) and he is no where to be found. Couldn't recomend him and his team any less.
Setup policies promptly and professionally Since then Will not answer voicemails or emails
