Where do I even start? Linda Povey is the worst agent I have ever encountered. Farmers insurance in general; however, Linda started the ball rolling on this absolutely awful experience. After being sideswiped by Linda's client, she made it very clear that she was more interested in protecting her client than upholding her responsibility as an agent. They sent us in circles with multiple different claims and different quotes at their "preferred shops." The claim process was incredibly stressful and unethical. She tried to set... read more
Linda is wonderful and Rachel, one of her office staff is amazing! Even after we moved and she knew we were going to have to switch Agents, she continued to stay in contact through the end and helped us. Highly recommend!
