Kyle is the BEST Agent I have ever had! I am an old man and had lots of claims between home and auto and he is ALWAYS available to get issues sorted out. I even texted him on a Saturday morning to get on to an army base as a guest and needed my info and he was right on it! So attentive and caring. I recommend him ANY insurance needs!

We've done business with Kyle Jones for years. First for personal car/home, but in recent years Kyle has helped us get the appropriate liability and workers comp insurance for our small business. Kyle is very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I am beyond disappointed with Kyle's customer service. Our policy has gone up a substantial amount every year, and he has told me year after year that it is just what it is. After a $1,000 increase this year I decided to look into other agencies. I found one for a better price with better coverage. The new agent sent over the paperwork multiple times. I called him to verify he had received it. He was very rude and said he hadn't and made an excuse about the fax being illegible, even though it was also sent to his e-mail. I s... read more
