Kevin was great when I first started service with him. Then he got lazy and stopped calling customers back. His new staff is rude and acts like they don't care about their customers or sending requested documents. Kevin's CFP for my house was found to be underinsured when I spoke with another agent. We had a huge amount of trouble getting insurance for a new house due to being marked in a fire hazard area. Kevin and team were able to put together a reasonable quote for home owners and auto and umbrella policy. They also helped put together other policies and help us understand our needs.
