Ken and his team are caring compassionate and take the time to listen to everything I ask, and believe me I am a problem child full of questions lol. Nikki (spelling) has the biggest heart, showed such care for me when I lost my husband. This insurance company finds the best deals around unlike another company I won’t mention. After multiple phone calls from this insurance agency, and chatting with the office secretary multiple times, while they are demanding, and requesting that I provide them with specific details of when and where their payment is? Of exactly where it is and exactly when the payment was drawn from my mortgage company. This is a very selfish way of conducting business in 2024!
