Never applied for Farmers Insurance, but received a strange letter in the mail from them. Called the office listed and 'Brenda' said, they got my information from social media, which I DONT HAVE. Be careful this office seems fishy not sure where they stole my information from. Says my premium (which i dont have with them) will increase effective 06/21/2021.

Very deceiving. They quoted me 214 on a Tuesday for car insurance and when i called on Thursday to pay for and start the policy they wanted 5-- something even after making sure to ask if all my dings were accounted for- Almost 3X as much. So then we decided to take our current business with the agency (renters) and switch to where we already had auto insurance after learning that our renters would essentially be free after the savings in Auto after bundling. Kathy is the absolute best! She goes above and beyond her duties and makes you feel like you are her number one priority. She has been my agent for 9 years and any time I have had a question or problem she has it resolved by the end of the day. I can’t say enough about her work ethic and professionalism. I am so lucky to have found her and wouldn’t go anywhere else!
