Not getting my money. My Farmers agent was switched to Karim. After getting this year’s quote, I sent Karim a message saying I think the homeowners insurance has went up too much over the past two years. His response was that I’m lucky it didn’t go up more and then he tried to sell me more auto insurance. I asked him why my agent was switched and if he was sure he couldn’t re-run the quote, but he didn’t respond.
