We’ve had nothing but problems getting our insurance transferred over from the previous homeowners. We’ve had to make multiple calls to get the information on our policies straightened out and it continues to be wrong. I can’t believe after all the conversations on email and phone that things still aren’t right, and on top of that our policies were never re-shopped for lower rates. Very unhappy and can’t wait to get another company that cares about their customers.
