Great customer service. I called for a quote for homeowners, shopping around and the agent tells me that Farmers no longer provides windstorm protection for homeowners in cameron county which is a big no no. Will be shopping around. Nothing against the agent he was great but the product and being protected by a hurricane is more important to me.
I have insured with other companies but continue to choose them due to their excellent service and efforts to always find the best price. Highly recommend
