Had them for a few years and asked about a tv that was broken in my home by my kid. I asked if it would be covered next thing I know they told me it wasn't covered and my claim was denied. I didn't ask for a claim to be started I was just asking for information. Now it shows a claim on my house for something that wasn't covered and or wanted to be processed that way.
