NEVER and I mean NEVER rely on Jerry Farcones staff to make sure your California Fair Plan (fire ins) is actually paid each year on time!!! We signed up for it to be taken out of our equity account and he dropped the ball!! We were on vacation and was NOT informed that our insurance lapsed (NO email or mail notice) for 3 months we had NO fire insurance THANKS TO JERRY AND HIS CREW!! So our insurance company tacked on their own insurance (which cost an arm/leg) then we had to sign back up for California Fair Plan again which ... read more
Horrible Service!! If you have A LOT of time on your hands to play phone tag or to sit around waiting on Jerry/Grace to call you back then this is the guy for you! I can not express enough just how horrible Jerry and his employees are to deal with! Save yourself the trouble and go with a different broker! Jerry and his firm are the utmost worst company I have ever ever ever dealt with! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
