Do not go with this Agent. All they care about is the numbers. His staff will start policies without your approval just to get numbers. I tried to cancel my policies and had to fight them before they would do it. Worst customer support ever!!!!!Â
I have been a customer of this agency for almost 16 years. When the previous agent was in control I never had any problems since he is retired things have gone very bad. I spoke with Britney at the agency several times today to let her know that due to an auto refinance and the agency's lack of coverage for gap or a loan/lease coverage I was forced to change to another company she knew that my eft draft came out tomorrow for renewal and she knew that I was canceling.
