This is a family business and a great agency. Insurance is like everything now where you're always talking to a computer or an app, it sucks. But Jay's office is different. He's been in business a long time and has a reputation for going out of his way to help clients. He and his son will spend time with you on the phone or in person explaining your options up front and even take your call if you have a claim. The emu and gecko people will give you a random person in a call center, no thanks.

Very poor customer service can be expected from Jay Morgan. Jay is the agent for our elderly mother who is no longer capable of safely driving, and who has had her drivers license revoked. Jay is unwilling to follow through with us in our attempts to have the policy cancelled. With that unwillingness, he places his own client and all other drivers in peril of serious injury. He should be ashamed of his indifference to the needs of his clients and the safety of others. It comes across to us that a commission is more important... read more

Jay is the best. I can’t imagine ever being insured else where. You can tell he’s passionate about this and cares about his members
