Very poor customer service can be expected from Jay Morgan. Jay is the agent for our elderly mother who is no longer capable of safely driving, and who has had her drivers license revoked. Jay is unwilling to follow through with us in our attempts to have the policy cancelled. With that unwillingness, he places his own client and all other drivers in peril of serious injury. Jay is the best. I can’t imagine ever being insured else where. You can tell he’s passionate about this and cares about his members
