I gave my agent a credit card to pay for auto and homeowners insurance. He either did not process the cards or if he did they did not go through. Months later, when I called, I was never notified that I did not have insurance for in excess of six months. Overall, this should never happen. I had insurance and then I did not have insurance. Not at all happy. Thank you for your consideration,. Marvin Hill

Jay is very responsive. I like that if I call I talk to a person. Jay and his team handle all my questions very well and quickly.

I have changed my agent to J Ward in a hope that I could get some attention and care from them. But unfortunately nothing has been improved, long wait time on the phone for someone to pick up the call, unanswered messages when I left voice mails, no response from agent when I leave them a message on the app. I really don't know what value they bring to my relationship with Farmers. Everytime that I need anything they are not available or responsive, so I would just contact Farmers directly.
