We have been with Farmers for 30+ years. Herb and Teri have always been wonderful. I have always felt like we were well taken care of. We haven't had too many claims, but over the years there have been a couple and they were quickly handled and to our satisfaction. If we ever have questions, we know we can just call him and get the answers right away. He always seems to find time for us. We rent quite a few rentals and rental companies love to hear we are with Farmers, they know claims will be taken care of. Thanks Herb!
I have a condition that not many supplemental insurances will cover. Herb took the time to find what I needed at a price that fits into my fixed income. Insurances can be confusing, Herb takes the time to explain in terms a lay person understands.
