I've been with Heidi and Wendy for over six years, and they are the best. They've helped resolve issues that I had with getting transferred from another Farmers agent and after a divorce years ago; added cars/kids/property, then removed and added. We just talked to Heidi today to get help on something and she was so incredibly gracious I could have hugged her through the phone. Top notch service, knowledgeable, and on top of it. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Excellent service. Heidi, Wendy and their team are amazing. We have a small business that requires a lot of updating of insurance certificates for our customers. Mostly management companies. They have to be precise and timely. They are always available through phone or email. We have all our insurance needs through them. Business and personal. Car, liability, workmens comp, home insurance, life insurance. I just can't say enough good things about their top notch service.
