Jay is absolutely amazing! No wonder so many 5 stars and I am so happy that I switched to Farmers with Jay! I had some complications and got a non-renewal from my previous policy. Jay was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and considerate in explaining to me all the options and details throughout the transition process. He is super responsive and communicates clearly and you can quickly build trust with him. Eventually the transition was smooth and Jay helped me find a policy that better meets my needs.
