DO NOT USE THIS AGENT!!!!! Insurance lapsed for the second time because she did not process the payment my mortgage company sent her. I now have no insurance on my house and the bank is calling my loan. She will not answer the phone and will not return calls.
Very, very difficult to reach. Ginger doesn't answer our correspondence email, voicemail messages, phone calls, or text messages.
Emailed, called, and left messages with no return call. Very unprofessional.
Ginger is a great insurance agent for several reasons! She will work hard to find you the right balance of coverage that you need at the best price she can find. She will explain your insurance to you in a way you can understand, and she is professional and quick to respond when you need something! Can't go wrong with Ginger Poling!
