My premium went up and I called the office , I spoke with German and he explained to me that it’s not up to him in regards to price increases; however he educated me regards to the best & necessary coverage needed for my situation and my needs. I appreciated his time and patience with all my questions! Best standing agency in town!
He could not lower my insurance but he did direct me to an agency that did. I have been with Farmers for over twenty years at other agencies. I was placed with this agent after the last one closed.
German toro is the grosest man ever!! He was my agent for a couple of years and i would call him to ask him questions about my insurance policy and he always had an attitute to begin with. Last conversation we had he gave me a racial comment and said "thats whats wrong with you spanish people and never understand anything" dont go to him!!!! Hes really mean and nasty!!!!!
