If I could leave zero stars I would. Sad excuse for an insurance agent. It is impossible to get in contact with this woman, and if you finally, do it takes weeks for her to actually do anything. Any work that she actually has to do she makes her unknowledgeable staff complete it and most of the time they don't know how to do things, but it isn't even their fault because the agent is never in the office to teach them anything. I had to chase this woman down for her to make simple changes to my business policy. It finally got ... read more
