I visited with Donna over the phone and was very apprehensive about switching my insurance. She was amazing, extremely knowledgable, listened to my concerns and what I wanted. I was at total ease within minutes. In addition to being highly professional she is a dear. I absolutely enjoyed my experience and recommend her to everyone. Her little dog is at the office too.
