Dougs team is professional, pleasant and very helpful. I sometimes get confused with three properties, EQ ins. and boat ins. plus different bill parameters and other things. Doug and his staff have the willingness and patience to help me sort everything out . This is way above and beyond the normal service you would expect.
Really appreciate Doug Dixon and his ENTIRE team. They have been amazing year after year and I can't imagine using another insurance broker! It's been over 20 years of service and it's been top-notch from the beginning.
