Jackie is the best!!! She takes care of all my policies (which there are a lot) and is amazing. Dennis is lucky to have her and she is the reason that we are with Farmers. She is on top of everything and has great customer service. She called me once to let me know I forgot to make a payment. When we had a water leak in a rental house, she told me what to do and calmed me down. They waited 9 days to call me back and let me know that documentation needed to be submitted this week for the cancelation of my policy. being confrontational when I'm trying to schedule an appointment to get in this week to sign the paperwork that they need.
