I had a very disappointing experience with David Bridges. From the start, he was unhelpful and provided incorrect information about my policy, which caused unnecessary confusion. Instead of addressing my concerns directly, he repeatedly directed me to customer service, leaving me to figure things out on my own. To make matters worse, he never followed up, despite promising to get back to me. Called for a quote for home insurance. Ended up using a different insurance company. A couple months later, I'm getting collection calls because I haven't paid for my farmers policy. I never signed any document, digital or otherwise.
Wanted a quote 3 months ago. Now are calling relentlessly to give it to me. Very unprofessional.
