I am not a current nor past customer of Farmers Insurance, but did have a brief encounter with Daryl that left a negative impression. My son just received his permit today, and we are currently shopping for local insurance agents. I had to stop by the salon next door for a few minutes and had originally intended on visiting Farmers afterward to discuss polices, as our family has two new drivers. NEVER USE THIS AGENT!!! I moved my insurance from him because of his lack of service. I had my nephew fax him the cancellation and he called me and my agent the day he got the cancellation and got mad that I was leaving him. HE DIDN'T PROCESS IT FOR 6 MONTHS. I was sent to collections and my credit is now affected. After trying multiple time I ended up working with a different Farmers agent to get the cancellation processed, and due to his help I moved my insurance to the new agent.
