This dude should not be a insurance agent. Has no customer service skills and is incompetent. If I could give zero stars I would. He convinced my wife to drop rental car coverage so she did. His justification was that the other insurance will pay. He also deceived my wife by telling her other things that didn't add up. He finally quit responding to email and returning calls.
