They didn't notify me via email as directed. Resulting in two days not covered. Again not notified via email, resulting in a collection of $22.00. Extremely petty. No longer my agent after decades of paying premiums on time. I do NOT recommend this business.
Farmers Insurance, the Craig Davis agency is wonderful for all your insurance needs. I live in Lake Elsinore in Lakeland Village, and you know, we've all had problems with insurance covering us due to the heavy fires, but they took such good care of me. I love this agency working with their office staff relieved so much stress from me.
