Never had a more infuriating experience than I had with this group of incompetent fools at DeSalvo. It started off nicely, the lady Kate was able to answer all my questions and got the process going. I told her about my situation and my deadline, and was told that she would take care of all of that, including sending over all insurance documents to my lender.
