I tried getting ahold of Chris because my mortgage company needed him to fax the master insurance policy of my HOA to them. It's been two days and I left messages and emailed him and zero response. You can only ever leave messages at his office and can never get ahold of an actual person to speak with. I have a difficult property to insure. I would feel completely lost right now without Chris Bowick. He has gone above and beyond for me several times now, as I have had difficulties with various policies (I have a 100+ year old commercial property rezoned into residential, and it creates some technical headaches).
