I have an 8 yr history with 7 policies with Charles, and over 30 with Farmers. Not ONCE in these years has he EVER returned a phone call. No consistency with the revolving door of employees. He has no interest in keeping my business with 5 homeowners policies, 1 car and 1 umbrella policy. I’m not a big enough customer for him to give me the time of day. Totally unresponsive. Changed my drivers license from out of State to CA and received a non-renewal notice because my Out of State license had been cancelled when I got the CA one. Multiple emails have failed to get any response.
Mercury rates were insane. Got a nice package with Charles and saved a few bucks.
The agent there was really rude. I wouldnt recommend her to anyone.
