Being a new client of Charles Meza's office has left me with a rejuvenated outlook on insurance policies, not only does Charles and his staff diligently tend to my policies on an annual basis, but the dedicated individuals in this agency are truly professional, and outstanding in all respects. I have an 8 yr history with 7 policies with Charles, and over 30 with Farmers. Not ONCE in these years has he EVER returned a phone call. No consistency with the revolving door of employees. He has no interest in keeping my business with 5 homeowners policies, 1 car and 1 umbrella policy. I’m not a big enough customer for him to give me the time of day. Totally unresponsive. Changed my drivers license from out of State to CA and received a non-renewal notice because my Out of State license had been cancelled when I got the CA one. Multiple emails have failed to get any response.
Mercury rates were insane. Got a nice package with Charles and saved a few bucks.
The agent there was really rude. I wouldnt recommend her to anyone.
