I have been very happy with Farmers for my home insurance policy. As long as my premium doesn't go up, I will stay with Farmers.

I strongly don't recommend due to very unprofesional. I am purchasing a home from her and she shows late to appointments and half naked and it is very disgusting having to see women dressed like this just to sell a home. I did purchase the house however i had to have my sales agent deal with her directly. Two shows and still not dress business attire :( .
We have had insurance with Farmers Insurance - Tommy Potts for 4 years. We have 5 homes and 5 autos insured. We had trouble with a roof and was declined because of "faulty shingles" (a verdict of the adjustor). This is the same roof that was inspected prior to insurance coverage. Funny that it wasn't faulty and we were allowed to pay 4 years of premiums. As it turns out, the initial "inspection" is done by an outside firm and that's how they get away with not covering claims.
Adrian Romano and the rest of his team have been so helpful- in all aspects!
