Not very concerned I guess this is his last week in office and I must say my conversation was more of not wanting to be bothered after I was told I had a $1000 deductible to a email he received saying I was not covered. Unbelievable you are the agent ? That’s why I called you. Not your problem I’m sure you’re comfortable telling people anything to get them off the phone suggesting me to call 15 times a day to Swift.
