Ben is very rude and ignorant my Spanish speaking father was on the phone with him trying to cancel his policy. Ben made a comment about the premium only going up by a few dollars. My father then tried to cancel and Ben was going off about how my father was wasting his time. Worst agent go else where…after my dad handed the phone to me cause he wasn’t understanding what Ben was saying I asked Ben to cancel the policy he then said thank you for wasting my time and hung up the phone while I was in the middle of speaking
