Agent never had my back, had to send my own documentation for claims, never in the office, never called back, to busy at Beaver Lake, rude staff, took our premiums and ran. Rates consistently I creased, paid 4k a year for homeowners could not get a roof because of "normal wear and tear" (Beware, common lingo used) have leaks in every room of home including garage and denied again due to normal wear and tear.
