I had an accident with my Boat trailer upon retrieving my boat at the marina. I texted Andy the next morning to give me a call when he had a minute to discuss. He called me 2 minutes later and we took a look at the policy together over the phone and determined it would be covered. He filed the claim while I was on the phone with him.
