1. He spelled my name wrong, even after correcting it, TWICE, which delayed the closing of my home because all the paperwork has to match in order for underwriting to move forward. 2. Called to get a quote & was very rude. I asked if I could come in to talk & he was rude & hung up? I guess he’s not accepting people who sound like me, lol.
