I contacted numerous insurance providers after my home policy was canceled due to wildfires that affected our neighborhood a few years back. Zach and his team worked tirelessly to seek solutions for my particular situation and were ultimately able to identify policies that worked for me. I was a long time customer of this agency and was overcharged for several years. Look closely at your renewal letters. They are not trustworthy.

Steer clear of this guy, he's not a nice person and in my opinion based on personal experience, will take advantage of you as much as he can to squeeze out what ever he can, from you, selling you what you don't need and inserting it into a policy without your knowledge and then insult you when he is questioned. He missed his mark, he should have been a politician.

My family and I have used Mike Ridley and his associates at Farmers Insurance for over 20 years. They have always worked hard to take care of our needs. If we have questions or concerns, they find answers and take care of things for us. We appreciate their honesty, time and effort to provide our insurance needs.
