EDIT: It turns out... Richard Sampson's office did not even report the incident to the claims department at Farmers Insurance. Richard Sampson only reached out to the department ONLY AFTER I submitted a complaint claim to the Washington State Insurance Commissioner! ---------------- Very unethical and unresponsive insurance company.
