Agents are supposed to help. He does not do that. Told me to switch agents because he didn’t want to help. I have an agent to help navigate the unknowns but he has just made it harder. Thanks for nothing

1 star is too much for this guy. Ever since he took over I have only been able to get ahold of him 1 time. Finally canceled all my insurance with the company after 16 years.

DISTURBING & VERBALLY AGGRESSIVE This review is directly related to the agent - Corby Fehlman, and not Farmers Insurance. Farmers has been an excellent company which we have been with for over 30 years. Corby is very difficult to get ahold of, does not return phone calls. Over a 2-3 week period, I attempted to reach Corby, on the first phone call he said he would look into things and return my call, he did not. I had a homeowner’s policy with Corby for a year but shopped around and found a comparable policy with another provider for nearly half the price. Because my existing policy was up for renewal in less than a week, I notified Corby that I would not be renewing. He asked why, I explained I received considerable savings by switching.
